Holistic Wellbeing Membership Programme Terms and Conditions

By signing up for the Holistic Wellbeing Membership Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a member.

 

1. Membership Tiers

1.1 The programme offers three membership tiers: Serenity, Bliss, and Harmony. Each tier includes a set number of treatment points, discounts, and exclusive benefits, as outlined at the time of registration.
1.2 Membership benefits are non-transferable and are available exclusively to the named member unless otherwise stated.

 

2. Payments

2.1 Membership fees are billed monthly on or around the last day of the month, covering the following calendar month.
2.2 Payments are taken automatically each month using your saved payment details.
2.3 If payment fails or is declined, your membership benefits may be paused or cancelled until payment is received.

 

3. Treatments and Bookings

3.1 Members receive a monthly points allowance, which can be used on eligible holistic treatments.
3.2 Treatments must be pre-booked and are subject to availability.
3.3 Unused points may roll over for up to one month but will expire after that time if not used.
3.4 Members receive priority booking and can request a regular recurring time if available.
3.5 We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed or late cancellations may result in the loss of that session. Please refer to the salon’s full booking policies for more details.

 

4. Discounts and Additional Services

4.1 Members receive discounts on additional treatments, products, or services as stated in their chosen tier.
4.2 Discounts are valid only during an active membership and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
4.3 Complimentary birthday treatments are available to Harmony members after three consecutive months of active membership.

 

5. Membership Cancellation

5.1 You may cancel your membership at any time in writing by emailing: carla@carla-miller.com
5.2 Cancellations made after the monthly payment has been processed will not be refunded, but your benefits remain valid until the end of that billing cycle.
5.3 The salon reserves the right to cancel a membership if payments are not made or if the terms are repeatedly violated.

 

6. Refunds and Transfers

6.1 Membership fees are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event of salon closure or if services become unavailable for more than 30 consecutive days.
6.2 Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.3 You may request to gift unused treatment points to a friend or family member, or request a gift voucher to use them as a present.

 

7. Head Spa Access

7.1 Head Spa Rituals are premium treatments and are available to members as follows:

• Bliss Members: Access to selected 60-minute Head Spa treatments using 2 points + £10 upgrade fee

• Harmony Members:

  • 60-min Head Spa treatments: 2 points + £8 upgrade fee

  • Chakra Infused (75 mins): 2 points + £15 upgrade fee

  • 90-min Head Spa Rituals: Available using 3 points (no fee)
    7.2 Serenity members do not currently have access to Head Spa services within the membership.

 

8. Changes to Membership Terms

8.1 The salon may occasionally update membership pricing, structure, or benefits. Members will receive 30 days’ written notice of any changes.
8.2 If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your membership before the new terms take effect.

 

9. Liability and Wellbeing

9.1 The salon is not liable for any adverse reactions to treatments.
9.2 You must inform us of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or contraindications prior to treatment.
